DeKalb County Residents Directory is a private reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning DeKalb County, Georgia. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). Nothing here, and nothing any linked search tool returns, is a consumer report, and none of it may be used to judge eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Georgia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Access to Georgia agency records is addressed by the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§50-18-70 through 50-18-77; that law does not make this private site a records custodian.
