Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information?
Official rolls are corrected, portals and fees change, collections move, and digitization expands coverage. Pages are maintained with care, but no detail is guaranteed at a particular moment. Verify a record with its custodian before relying on it.
No Legal Advice
The site does not provide legal advice. It identifies sources and explains DeKalb County directory records in general terms, which cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public access serves transparency, not harm. Do not stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone with information found here. Misuse may violate Georgia or federal law and also breaches the Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Links Leaving the Site
Links may lead to property appraisal, deed, election, court, library, archive, and related resources. Their content, accuracy, and availability are controlled by their operators.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site holds no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record means contacting that custodian directly.
